At each committee meeting, AGM and EGM, the society secretary takes minutes. These are available for viewing by all members of the Society and members of the public, according to the Constitution.
Minutes from any Committee meeting that took place less than 14 days ago are provisional, as they have not yet been ratified by the Committee.
Minutes from any AGM or EGM that took place less than 1 year ago are provisional, as they have not yet been ratified by a further General Meeting.
